As this service is related to your health, we must ask for information about your health situation by means of a form that will be sent to you after our first contact.

Work sequence

Once the health-form has been submitted, this will be the work sequence:

1 A representative of CC MEDICAL WELLNESS will contact you in a two days’ time by e-mail explaining the medical procedure for each case

Determine the medical centre or the hospital for treatment

  • Available dates for treatment
  • Travel and accommodation options
  • Provide a quote for treatment and/or stay.
2 Once the budget and services have been accepted, procedures, medical appointments and travel itinerary will be reserved, indicating dates for its execution. The purchase or contract document will be processed and it will include:
  • Selection of a specialist doctor
  • Total cost of the intervention
  • Terms and Conditions
3 A deposit of 30% of the price will be made to formalise the booking of medical and accommodation services.
4 The rest of the payment will be made 15 days before the arrival. (Under certain conditions, the price will be refunded if it is not possible to do the intervention for health reasons).

CONTRACT

The contract signed by both parties, will be the proof of the reservation and the purchase and will be filed in our systems. We recommend you to save it as a guarantee of the services booked in your medical and tourist package.

PRICE

The price for medical services or combined services have taxes included and may be subject to changes for accommodation and transports according to season.

The validity date of the price of medical treatments will  coincide with that published on this website indicating the day of the service contract. The purchase document of the service is binding to the parties

Method of Payment/Purchase Process
Once the medical consultant has confirmed the viability of the treatment,  a payment of 30% of the total price will be made on account to book medical services and accommodation.
The cost will depend on the final price including, if it takes place, additional tourist services and seasonal variations affecting accommodation.

The rest of the payment will be made 15 days before the arrival. (Under certain conditions, the price will be refunded if it is not possible to do the intervention for health reasons).

Cancellation Policy

If medical intervention is not possible for medical reasons, the cost will be refunded, except for accommodation and travels.
