The purchase or contract document will be processed and it will include:<\/h5>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Selection of a specialist doctor<\/li>\n<li>Total cost of the intervention<\/li>\n<li>Terms and Conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">3 A deposit of 30% of the price will be made to formalise the booking of medical and accommodation services.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">4 The rest of the payment will be made 15 days before the arrival. (Under certain conditions, the price will be refunded if it is not possible to do the intervention for health reasons).<\/h5>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONTRACT<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The contract signed by both parties, will be the proof of the reservation and the purchase and will be filed in our systems. The purchase document of the service is binding to the parties<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Method of Payment\/Purchase Process<\/strong><br \/>\nOnce the medical consultant has confirmed the viability of the treatment,\u00a0 a payment of 30% of the total price will be made on account to book medical services and accommodation.<br \/>\nThe cost will depend on the final price including, if it takes place, additional tourist services and seasonal variations affecting accommodation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The rest of the payment will be made 15 days before the arrival. Un representante de C.C. MEDICAL WELLNESS se pondr\u00e1 en contacto con usted en dos d\u00edas v\u00eda e-mail para \u00a0explicar los predimientos y actos medicos que correspondan en cada caso<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Determinar clinica u hospital para realizar el tratamiento<\/li>\n<li>Fechas disponibles para el tratamiento<\/li>\n<li>Opciones de viaje y alojamiento<\/li>\n<li>Proporcionar una cotizaci\u00f3n para su tratamiento y\/o estancia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Aceptado el presupuesto y servicios, \u00a0reservaremos los procedimientos, citas medicas y el itinerario viaje, se\u00f1alando fechas para su realizacion y\u00a0se tramitara el documento de compra o contrato que incluira<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Asignacion de doctor<\/li>\n<li>Coste total de la intervenci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e9rminos y Condiciones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Se realizar\u00e1 un pago a cuenta del 30% del total \u00a0para formalizar la reserva de los servicios m\u00e9dicos y alojamiento.<\/p>\n<p>4. 15 d\u00edas \u00a0antes de la llegada se efectuar\u00e1 el resto del pago. (Sujeto a condiciones de devoluci\u00f3n si no es posible efectuar la intervenci\u00f3n por motivos de salud).<\/p>\n<p><b>CONTRATO<\/b><\/p>\n<p>El contrato firmado por ambas partes, sera el documento de reserva y compra quedar\u00e1 archivado en nuestros sistemas, recomend\u00e1ndose guarde como garante de la contrataci\u00f3n realizada el comprobante y la confirmaci\u00f3n de su paquete tur\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<p>En todo caso, puede ejercer su derecho de solicitar el comprobante utilizando el siguiente e-mail:<\/p>\n<p>info@costacalidamedicalwellness.com<\/p>\n<p><strong>PRECIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los precios ofertados para los servicios medicos o los servicios combinados se entenderan que tienen el IVA Incluido y que pueden estar sujetos a cambios para los alojamientos y trasportes segun temporada<\/p>\n<p>La fecha de validez del precio de los tratamientos medicos coincidira con la de publicacion en esta pagina web referida al dia de la contratacion del servicio, siendo el documento de compra del mismo el vinculante para las partes<\/p>\n<p>Forma de pago\/Proceso de compra<\/p>\n<p>Una vez confirmada la viabilidad del tratamiento por el asesor m\u00e9dico se solicitar\u00e1 un pago a cuenta del 30% del total para reservar los servicios m\u00e9dicos y alojamiento. El importe depender\u00e1 del precio final incluyendo en su caso los servicios tur\u00edsticos adicionales y las variaciones de temporada que afecten al alojamiento.<\/p>\n<p>15 d\u00edas\u00a0 antes de la llegada se efectuar\u00e1 el resto del pago. (Sujeto a condiciones de devoluci\u00f3n si no es posible efectuar la intervenci\u00f3n por motivos de salud).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pol\u00edtica de cancelaciones<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En caso de imposibilidad por motivos m\u00e9dicos, se devolver\u00e1 el importe correspondiente a la intervenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, pero no el correspondiente a hospedaje y transfers realizados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Informaci\u00f3n sobre garant\u00edas, derechos y servicios postventa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reclamaciones.
